The Humble Knight is built on a lifetime of experiences. I grew up in Connecticut and have called Virginia, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the Berkshires of Massachusetts, and Sugar Land, Texas home. Along the way, I've explored 45 of the 50 United States, along with Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas, always looking for the next great meal, hidden gem, scenic drive, or unforgettable adventure.
With many years in the restaurant industry, I've had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life and learning that the best stories are often shared over a great meal. That passion for hospitality, travel, and discovering new places is woven into everything we create.
